Trademark Farms was named in the memory of the owner and trainer Kristina Zaharias's beloved hunter Levi the "Trademark."
Kristina grew up in California’s Central Valley, riding horses from an early age with the guidance of her aunt, Alexus who is a retired Grand Prix rider. Kristina trained with Northern California's respectable coaches and equestrians such as Diane Yeager, Ted Feiger, Nancy Patton, and Paul Bennett, showing on the "A" circuit with great success in the hunter, jumper, and equitation arenas. After being an assistant to Alison Stern of Classic Ridge Farm, Kristina became a full time trainer and equine therapist. She understands today's demanding show standards and expected performances from both horse and rider.
Kristina believes that success in riding is driven by the soundness of a horse. Kristina's dedication to a horse’s wellness shows in the way she crafts each training, lesson and therapy program. She personally ensures that riding at Trademark Farms is a truly enjoyable experience for both a rider and horse.
Kristina is also a Certified Equine Acuscope/Myoscope Therapist, a Certified Massage Therapist, and has earned an Equine Science degree from University of Colorado.
